Making changes to our health is challenging. And often, it's hard to know where to start. Which is why I take a holistic approach to health and encourage my clients to consider how their mind, body, spirit, and emotional well-being are all connected. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I help people identify the areas of their health that need attention and support them as they work to improve those areas. Ultimately, my goal is to help people tap into their innate wisdom and build a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and grows with them through every season of life.
I believe that the journey to better health begins with willingness- a willingness to learn, grow, and love ourselves along the way. We tend to be hard on ourselves, which does not feel good, and usually leads to “giving up.” But when we take the journey one step at a time, focus on progress (not perfection), and show ourselves grace as we go, we allow ourselves to create meaningful, lasting changes to our health and ultimately, our lives.

Hi! My name is Vicki and I have been in the wellness space for over a decade. What began as a desire to get into shape after my 3 pregnancies developed into a passion for helping people learn how to prioritize their health from a place of gratitude and appreciation for where they are and where they want to go. I began my own health journey at 35 and know first-hand what it takes to stop being your harshest critic and start being your biggest fan. Self-care born out of self-compassion creates an entirely new way of living- one that encourages us to take care of ourselves the best we can, one day at a time. My mission at Whole Health with Vicki is to help people develop a healthy lifestyle that nourishes their mind, body, and spirit- one that they can sustain for the rest of their lives.
